How Jane Works

After you’ve given me a list of the passengers, their lodging arrangements, and the time you want your guests to arrive at your event, I will create a transportation plan. It will include a detailed shuttle schedule, customized to your special needs, as well as the recommended number and types of vehicles to be used. Please keep in mind that the number of people that we need to transport will really determine how we structure the schedule as well as the cars and/or vans that we choose to use.

In the earlier stages of planning I will provide you with a general timeline and an estimated idea of which vehicles to use. Closer to the date of your event, when you have the final number of guests that will be using the car service, and all exact lodging locations are known, I will deliver a precisely executed plan.

For most weddings we recommend using a range of minivans.
